Property Policies

A breakfast fee of THB 100 applies to children aged 2–10 years. Children over 10 years old are charged the adult breakfast rate of THB 199. A refundable cash security deposit of THB 1,000 is required upon check-in to cover incidental damages. Cash only is accepted for the security deposit. Guests aged 11 years and above are considered adults. Extra beds are subject to availability and depend on the room type selected. Please refer to the maximum occupancy of each room for more information. Different policies and additional supplements may apply when booking more than 5 rooms.
